Who We Are

Kathy M. Roberts, Chairman of the Board

Kathy is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Santa Fe Trust, Inc. She is the retired President of Discover Bank. Kathy spent 34 years serving Discover Card and parent companies, Morgan Stanley and Dean Witter. She began her career with Sears, Roebuck & Company; the firm that launched Discover Card. She moved from front-line assignments in the Seattle Group to Human Resources Management, Customer Service Manager and Technical Support Specialist.

Kerry Benthall, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Benthall brings over 30 years of experience in the Telecom, High-Tech and startup Internet industries. Prior to My Dot Com Inc., Kerry was CEO of HighWired Inc. a social network multimedia startup. With HighWired, he was awarded the VMA’s Innovation Forum Award. He was Chief Sales Officer at Synchron Networks, VP Marketing Alltel ExcelerateNow (an Alltel startup) Director at PacBell launching Pacific Telesis International. Kerry implemented Custom 800 Services, including call center and the California State Lottery. Kerry graduated Magna Cum Laude for his BS degree and holds an MBA from SFSU.

Lenard East, Vice President IT Operations

Lenard is a seasoned IT executive with over 20 years experience in all aspects of IT. His career includes senior management positions in large banking institutions like JP Morgan Chase, Washington Mutual, and Bank of the West. Beginning in 1989 Lenard served as a Senior Technology Consultant at Alltel Information Services for 10 years. It was there that Lenard travelled the United States and abroad designing sophisticated technology solutions for some of the largest banks in the world. He has designed and successfully implemented solutions in New York, San Francisco, and internationally throughout the Pac Rim.

Jeff Miller, VP Worldwide Marketing

Jeff Miller has over 20 years experience marketing and advertising in information technology and the life sciences. He has managed and launched several leading publications and conferences including The Journal of Life Sciences, The Industry Standard, Windows Magazine, PC Magazine, MacUser Magazine, Java Pro Magazine,The Biotech Meeting at Laguna Niguel, The Stem Cell Summit, The Personalized Medicine Meeting, Networld and Interop, among others. Jeff holds an MBA in Marketing Management, Pace University, NY.

Terri D’Ayon, Vice President Affinity Sales

Terri brings over 25 years sales and marketing experience directing hospitality and tourism for Fortune 500 companies and vertical markets, including Sports and Entertainment. Her tenure includes Marriott International, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Preferred. Terri’s performance in revenue generating initiatives and teambuilding has achieved numerous awards including Sales Team of the Year, Renaissance Brand; President’s Circle consecutively and Circle of Excellence. Terri has guided partnerships with non-profits including California Hall of Fame and Red Cross. She is a graduate of American River College, Sacramento.

Geoff Sinn, Vice President Managed Services

Geoff is a senior IT executive with a proven track record of success and leadership in the area of Managed Services.  He has held senior level positions at companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to raw start-ups; in each case having full management and P&L responsibility for the businesses he established. He is recognized as a pioneer and thought leader in the industry, having successfully implemented a Managed Services business six times. He is credited with introducing several new services to the market and building one of the most successful Storage Service Providers in Arsenal Digital Solutions.
